Important: Registration and team formation on Devfolio is mandatory to participate in Q-HACK INDIA 2026. Please ensure that your team is created on the official Devfolio hackathon page before submitting this form. Your Devfolio team details will be used to verify your team's eligibility.
Required Deliverables Checklist
Idea Presentation
- Problem statement & why it matters
- Proposed solution & why quantum computing is required
- Implementation / technology stack
Demo Video
- Demonstration of MVP / working prototype
- Proposed solution walkthrough and architecture
- Working flow and implementation details
No cinematic video is required. The focus should be on clarity of the idea, problem, and implementation.
Prototype
- Web application or mobile application
- Jupyter notebook with runnable quantum circuits
- Simulation, quantum algorithm or hybrid application
GitHub Repository
- Clean README with problem overview and architecture
- Step-by-step setup and installation instructions
- Complete, documented source code
